MERCY4897 worked for me as well (for the fan club code). Just bought tickets. The Live Nation code is ELECTRONIC. That sale starts tomorrow, I think.

Yup, it's all general admission. They have a balcony and a floor and you can stand pretty much where ever you want. Hope you enjoy the show as much as I will!
