I'm a Nature Photographer in San Jose, CA. I'm currently doing a documentary on our local polluted creeks and rivers. I heard "They Paved Paradise" on the radio recently and broke into tears. There are four Target shopping centers along the river with all the same stores and so much pavement right up to the river banks!!! I would love to use this song in my documentary. How would I go about getting permission from the band?!?!?! Thank you for this inspirational song Counting Crows!

This is the greatest band ever, I don't think there is one song that I've heard and didn't like. It would make my life complete if you guys came over to Manchester UK and partied with all us english. Hey ya! Names Jet, ok soooooo I've been a fan of the Counting Crows since I was like 2 cause my dad would play Mr.Jones in the car all the time(either that or All the Small Things). Sooooo now that i'm older and smarter and MUCH more artistic I have created a BEAUTIFUL repressentation of the song Mr.Jones and want to send it to them soooooooo bad! So if you know anything PLEASE let me know as soooon as possible!

I would love to hear Counting Crows do a cover of "Walk Away" by Bree Sharp (or a duet with same).  When I listen to walk away I can see Adam and Crows doing the song.
