Live @ Town Hall - Why is it not available for the United States?
Why is this only available on amazon.co.uk?
Will this be available on amazon.com for us in the United States? All it says is to sign up for notification when this will be available.
Is this one of those things like back in the day when you released all the singles overseas with bonus stuff? I spent a ton to get everything because I'm crazy like that. It's been a long time since I use to do this sort of spending, but it looks like I'm going to have to do this all over again. Ohhhhh.....the memories. Kind of a bummer that it's not available in the United States.
UPDATE: I found the audio version on amazon.com but there is still no news on the blu-ray version or the regular dvd on amazon.com.

Thanks. Saw that. I am just planning on waiting. Like someone said, there is nothing extra with it for pre-ordering it. No special pricing. I can wait. I'm good at it.

Didn't know it was only going to be available online and not in stores, I'll have to go and order it myself.
