Oh and  bet there will be restrictions on cameras ... I'm guessing no camera or video of soundcheck - if camera aloud its point click no flash - (bands hate flash of cameras and I can really understand that!)...gig wise no pro DSLR cameras (if any known the strict arts centre security -bet we well not be aloud out of seats) ...a shame really re DSLRs because they can be set to no flash and give good pictures but again I understand it on the grounds the flashes on those things are bright as hell - I took pictures at the Tea Party Soundcheck with no flash ISO800 1/60th shutter  but there where idiots using auto flash settings!! GRRR!

I called ticketek today about the Meet & Greet details for the Wellington concert this Saturday. They said they were emailing them out 7 days before, but as I pointed out it was only 5 days to go now, so they were running a little late - would be great to actually know now. Will call again later in the week if still no details and if I get anything useful will post it here :)

Here's the official wording :)

CAMERAS No professional camera with detachable lenses or video cameras will be permitted.
“Point and click” cameras are fine. Any professional cameras or video cameras will
be confiscated and will only be available for collection AFTER the show. Live Nation
Australasia, Counting Crows and venue security hold the right to confiscate ANY
camera for any reason.

TICKETS Your tickets should already be in your possession, if not, please contact the
ticketing agency from which you made the purchase in order to arrange collection
or replacement of your tickets.
BEHAVIOUR The Meet on the Ledge package provides a wonderful opportunity to see the
Counting Crows up close and to interact with them. Please ensure that your
behaviour at all times is respectful towards the band, its staff, and other fans.
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the
venue should Live Nation, Counting Crows or venue staff deem it necessary.

SOUNDCHECK Once you have checked‐in within the timeframe outlined above, you will be
directed to a holding area from where you will be collected at the appropriate time
and taken into the soundcheck within the auditorium. No food, drink or
photography will be permitted in the soundcheck. Please ensure noise is kept to a
minimum.
MEET & GREET At the completion of the soundcheck, the band will take a short break before
returning to the auditorium for the meet and greet. The band are looking forward
to meeting their Australian fan base, so please enjoy this experience and feel free
to ask questions and chat to the band members. Photos will be permitted.
Please ensure no items are brought into the meet and greet for signing as we want
to maximise the time that each person has with the band.
Once the meet & greet has taken place, package holders will be ushered out of the
auditorium and will have free time to grab some food, utilise the drink voucher at
the venue bar and visit the merchandise stand before the show starts, as per the

Counting Crows On Tour

The GreyBird Foundation was established because we believe America is a dream in which the thoughts and needs of each and every person matter. Unfortunately, people feel small as the world expands and they forget that they ARE America.

So we find the people down the street from you who are trying to do their part to help and we try and help THEM. Get involved with the idea of being involved people. After all, it's your town, your country, your world, and no one will ever make as much of a difference as you can just by waking up and being a part of it.
