iTunes lists two album only tracks. Is there any way to get these tracks on the physical CD? I cant find them, I thought they'd be hidden at the end, but they don't seem to be.

The album sounds great. I remember several years ago the band had this idea of an album called Under the Covers. They even recorded a bunch of covers that eventually made their way onto import singles and what not. I'm glad they did it right this time. These renditions sound amazing!!
